Dry dock planning can pull on a lot of internal resources, causing other projects or plans to be placed on hold, permanent crew rotations missed, especially when unexpected. Both our commercial and large superyacht dry docking and refit experience have enabled us to offer independent review and onsite supervision of the work scope, ensuring shipyard and contractor due diligence is always maintained. Having a clearly defined dry docking work scope and ensuring individual contractors’ job descriptions and work instructions are often a key to a successful project.
